FINCH TERMS OF SALE / REFUND
(all finches)

Lady Gouldian Finch Canada guarantees the health of this/these bird(s)
for the first 48 hours after receivership only.
Under no condition will the bird(s) be replaced/compensated
if sick or dead bird(s) are not reported to this aviary
before residing 48 hours or more at it's/their new facility.

All exported birds will be accompanied by Health Certification and
therefore compensation of poor health is non applicable.

All medications / vet costs in country will be compensated if applicable
and proper notification / documentation is supplied to Lady Gouldian Finch Canada
prior to purchase of treatment and or diagnostic visit.

REFUNDS

This guarantee of refund is void if :

buyer fails to contact us within 48 hours after receivership to report
on health status of acquired finches

acquired finches are placed with other birds not from this aviary,
finches are medicated without consultation with Lady Gouldian Finch Canada,
finches illness is preventable through good quarantine management.
loss of life/ lives was caused by third party not affiliated with this aviary.
finches are bought on sale these birds are sold as pet quality and are not subject to any
claims of breedability or type.
They may have minor defects in feather quality or type / or malformations that make them unsuitable as breeder birds.
Because of the reduced pricing ( many 50% off regular pricing) these birds are sold as is
NO refunds or exchanges are permitted on Sales Finches.

Failing to return bird(s) in healthy condition for any reason after warranty expires
will void any contractual obligations by Lady Gouldian Finch Canada.

**All returned birds suspected of illness ( but not reported at time of return)
will be inspected by avian vet and any office visitation / medications needed will be
compensated by buyer . **

ERRORS IN ORDERS:

From time errors do happen and we would appreciate all errors to be reported immediately to us
so that we may correct them at our expense. To not do so will :

*void any future claims to compensation/litigation and may in future resort to
seizure of all profits and or chicks from this un-reported error with buyers full co-operation.

BREEDABILITY OF FINCH:

This/these bird(s) is/are guaranteed to be fertile. However, it/they is/are
not guaranteed to hatch or raise the young because that is customarily a
breeder/aviaries issue and not the bird(s), and not due to the lack of quality
of the bird(s).

CONTRACT :

Contract will be entered into with both buyer and breeder when custom finches are
required. A sample of this contract can be found here.
This signed contract will take precedence over any other finch terms of sale / refund.

All finches prior to being shipped/sold are the property of Lady Gouldian Finch Canada as
outlined in the A.A.C.C. guidelines of established ownership.
