| WHAT'S NEW at
LGFC UPDATES ( monthly work we do to better this
site) Well here we are in 2010.. We are hoping this year is very productive for all our clients, friends and family. We have been quite busy on twitter this last month and have some awesome tips there for all to enjoy including tips on training your gouldians to parent rear. We have also been very busy with the new hatchlings. We have 5 clutches and it's only January at this rate we'll meet our quota in a few more months. We finally updated the Protein Complete page so that it is more user friendly. We found that those interested in buying the product were getting confused by the lack of links to specific parts of the page. That has been rectified. We will be working on finding much more user friendly title page as well, as no matter how hard we try very few know what this aviary is about. We learned that some clients did not know that we custom breed the gouldians for them and I assume thought that we just happened to like the same colours as them ') That is why we breed on consignment only. We are probably the only aviary you will find that will custom breed the gouldians for you, so that you get exactly what you ask for within reason ') We are very happy that we again seem to be doing better with our blue gouldians this year. We expect a few nice blue chicks to colour out in the coming months. Where all these babies are coming from and what balance we have found I cannot say, but i am sure it is due in part to our newer formula Protein Complete, our G I F T and our diligence to the details. Show update : We received many top awards again this year but were quite honoured to receive best young gouldian in show at both shows we entered. The award went to an amazing little red head gouldian we call Julius. (Caesar) Sadly Julius is moulting right now or he would of been the featured gouldian.
